Financeflow PERSONAL FINANCE, PLANNED
ABOUT FINANCEFLOW

Tools first. Explanations second. No noise in between.

Financeflow exists because most financial questions have a specific number attached — and that number is usually easier to work out than it feels.

WHY WE BUILT THIS

Most financial advice is either too vague to act on, or too complicated to trust.

A lot of personal finance content stops at general principles — "save more," "invest early" — without ever landing on the number that applies to your situation. Financeflow starts from the other direction: real inputs, real formulas, a specific result.

The guides exist to explain the reasoning behind those formulas, so the calculators are a starting point for understanding, not a black box you plug numbers into and trust blindly.

WHAT GUIDES THE BUILD

Three principles, applied to every tool and guide

Nothing leaves your browser

Every calculation runs client-side. No account, no stored figures, no data sent to a server.

Formulas, shown plainly

Standard financial formulas, not proprietary black-box scoring you can't verify or question.

No product to sell you

Financeflow isn't a funnel toward a financial product. The tools are the whole product.

HOW GUIDES ARE WRITTEN

A short set of editorial standards

What a guide is expected to do

Explain a single financial concept clearly enough that a reader could apply it immediately — with the trade-offs stated plainly, not hidden behind optimism.

How calculators are validated

Each formula follows standard financial mathematics — compound growth, amortization, and annuity formulas — checked against known reference values before publishing.

What Financeflow doesn't do

Give personalized investment recommendations, predict market returns, or replace a licensed financial, tax, or legal advisor for decisions specific to your situation.

How content gets updated

Guides are reviewed periodically for accuracy and clarity. Reader questions submitted through the contact page directly shape what gets revised or added next.

Have a question the guides don't answer?

Send it through — specific questions often shape the next guide we write.
